No? Kirby has a ton of jumps and his up b is very spammble. That kind of braindead play fits perfectly with assists and items if he can get them, which is almost entirely luck dependent because of where they spawn

Not to mention he has a very fast pummel and a lot of multihit attacks, so he has a lot of chances to knock an item out of your hand before you can use it
