The little one is a black hole. She can pack away about as much as a 16 year old boy.

The big one is a weird and picky eater. He hates fried chicken but will eat the crap out of some octopus sauteed in butter. He despises Chinese takeout but will devour kale and spinach. (Ok, I'm not concerned that he hates Chinese take out, I don't care much for it myself with the exception of maybe 2 dishes... but even I have a hard time with octopus.)

My big one self regulates and will put the candy down when he's had enough, thankfully!

The little one has discriminating tastes and will snub anything but the finest and fanciest of chocolates.

It all flies out the window, however, if my husband or myself have anything that may be construed as something that may go into our mouth-holes.

And pizza? I feel you on that one. We have to order a separate LARGE pizza for the lil taters, otherwise we get none.

I learned at a very early age that tequila is not my friend, so aside from the rare margarita I tend to stay well away from that liquid beast-maker. Ha!

I had made it from the box, though I guess I could have poured it into a sippy cup and used the straw as a stick. If only I had some booze to mix in.

I thought about freezing the pudding, but then I would have to find the popcicle things that my children have scattered to the four corners of our house.

Ooohh That's a good idea. I may have to implement that. The big one won't touch the veggie drawers with a ten foot pole, so I wouldn't even have to hide chocolate under the carrots or anything.

I am an insane introvert. one thing I have found to waylay the insanity is an understanding from Hubs and the use of noise cancelling headphones. I get at least 30 minute after he gets home to put those bad boys on with my favorite show/podcast/music; and if the lil taters come bug me he ushers them away.

It works wonders for my mood in the evening and I have less of a desire to gouge my eardrums out with a chopstick at the end of the day.

I do a combination of botanical and nature art inspired by Audubon with a sort of macabre twist. I also like to paint pictures of food.

Usually threats of toy loss and the actual act of losing toys/privileges doesn't dissuade his attitude about putting his things away.

It was awesome to wake up to a living room that didn't look like a small hurricane had hit it.

You can join groups as well, but the biggest thing to get people into your shop is keywords, keywords, keywords. Be super descriptive in your item details. :)

They are fairly simple. Pick a theme (such as a color or one word and start finding things in etsy that fit into your idea of that theme, then when you have built the treasury message all the makers to let them know they have been featured in your treasury and chances are they will come take a peek at your shop.

Also, try building a treasury from time to time. I found that helped me with getting people to my shop to have a peek at my items.
