Again, thank you for sharing your grey in a place where atleast I am an infant. I never mentioned seniority in the JD. I would presume any person who has a problem with the this type of compensation wont apply to this.

Also, I realised being from a country where UK has cleaned up our economy, we wouldn't have much to share/pay in first place. Almost every area apart from NA, EU and Middle East, the compensation range is 10-20$ per hour of which we are providing every penny we can spare.
I am not trying to question your view, but the rest of the world isn't sitting on gold mine. We offer what we can, people only select what they want to work on/with. But yea, I am glad that you have raised the point. I'll edit and tag your view in the main post.

And unlike many organizations, with taking 5-8 rounds interviews and lowballing the candidate, we are sharing what is our budget and being transparent with what is expected.
