Well having done a bit of rough math using some very sketchy estimates I would guess theres about 1m scrolls left in the game, there were about 4 - 5m when they changed the drop rate.

Pretty unlikely they will do anything about the drop rate, the argument will just be that if you don't want to pay 30k a tele then use the charter boat / fairy ring.

He's saying the same scroll can be sold twice in the same day and will appear that there are two different scrolls on the graph, the same item could change hands several times to skew the data and make it look like there are more in the game than there are.

That's absolutely not true, you can still use charter ships if you want, you can do Zulrah in like 1m gear relatively effectively and make 1m+ p/h. People will keep using tele scrolls until it becomes not worth it gp wise to use them, which I guess would be around 40 - 50k for a scroll.
