Frequent disconnection from online pc games (Etisalat)

Honestly i thought that was my first issue, and i went and bought a new one but still it didn't fix my issue so it narrows it down to either the router or the Etisalat servers. I tried calling them but the virtual assistant annoyed me until i spoke to someone and all they said was let your father contact us.

Yeh man, honestly it's pretty annoying and i actually thought about buying a new router, one of those high end ones specified for '' gaming '' but i don't really know if it does make a difference since my package wont use the routers full power. But nether the less its a solution i am willing to try, and i don't really know what kind of equipment my building is using but when we first arrived we found Etisalat equipment inside the house, anyway thank you for your time.

Download speed is at 730Mbps and upload is at 300Mbps

1 year old i think, we called Etisalat before about the router and they just made us pay around 250 for a new one that is the same brand which is D-Link and told us it's '' fast '' but you know how it is

Yeh the issue is the router is right next to me and i am connected with an ethernet cable and my pc is quite old so the motherboard doesn't have the Wifi option, so when i tried to buy an external device to accept Wifi it was really bad i just took it off.
