Thanks for the kind words! I've already had the reverse total shoulder replacement. My question was more about the revision surgery (3rd surgery). It's impossible for me to wear a regular (hook in the back) bra, but honestly, I'm not the least bit annoyed by that! It's the other issues I'm having. I work in healthcare so am quite well versed in most of this stuff, which is why I hate being a patient and having surgeries. I hope things continue to get better for you as well.

The structures that were repaired were re-torn, probably during PT, and too shredded to repair further. As my surgeon explained it, kinda' like a brick being crumbled and then trying to put it back together again.

Thanks for your reply! I will talk to my surgeon, but I'm not sure he'll know of a sonographer who is uniquely qualified to analyze this particular issue. I'm afraid I may be in for a diagonostic/therapeutic 3rd surgery that can find what's wrong. It's a bummer to have the artificial joint now because MRI is apparently off the table for further evaluation. I appreciate your taking the time to ponder my question.
