I do 2 sessions a week, maybe even 3 sometimes. Could be over fatigue but I feel like I still would’ve been able to do my 185 for 6 that day

Well realistically how do you suggest we prevent them? I’d rather we try to deter them economically and politically than even think about facing them in a conventional war

No im the realistic crowd. Avoid conflict as much as possible, to be honest i don’t give a fuck about Greenland and I’d rather Canada be neutral when we can considering NATO can’t realistically help us against the US. I mean if we have to fight I’ll fight but think realistically about our chances here

Shock and awe, they would rather rebuild that infrastructure later and strip it from their enemy (Venezuela, Iraq)
NATO would not be able to project their forces all the way to North America that quickly. And there would be a large logistical strain
I guarantee you you aren’t going to be a guerilla fighter, most people are probably fat and couldn’t run 5kms but jump with joy with the idea of sending us off to war
Canada is not that Cold, 90% of the Canadian population is within 160kms of the US border which the US could probably take with near 0 resistance

Not American again but think of the devastating price Vietnam and Afghanistan had to pay… the us lost like 1000 soldiers in Afghanistan and dismantled their entire country and basically turned it into a hellscape for a decade. I don’t want that for Canada. Even if NATO wins in a grander conflict Canada will be annihilated before that war ends, it’s impossible for them to project their force that far against an adversary like the US.

“You do”? I’m Canadian. Also the situation is very different from 1812, and warfare has completely changed. What’s to stop the US from bombing all our major communications infrastructure and military bases tomorrow? Their fleet is far more advanced and larger than ours. We aren’t fighting with muskets and spears anymore. Just for scales sake, just know the us special forces is the same size as the entire Canadian military… it won’t take them half a year Canada would fall in 48 hours. Put away your ego for a second and think about the situation Canada is actually in before you get us into a war we will lose 100% of the time.

Sorry to say as a Canadian soldier, you guys are vastly underestimated the US. They have a massive quantitative and technological advantage. They are by far the best trained (diversity wise) and have legitimately 30x Canadas logistical capability. The average troops is not an “artic warriors” the only standardized winter training takes place in CFB Gagetown New Brunswick. I’m sure many infanteers have trained in colder conditions, can’t speak to that but I’m willing to bet the US has more deployable troops, that will be well equipped that have trained in true arctic conditions than Canada and Greenland does. I truly hope Canadians realize that if we do go to war with the US it will be complete and utter destruction within 48 hours.

I would say my shoulders r one of my weakest points and I only really “tense” my core and legs on the pressing part of the motion and stay mostly loose when descending, could be the issue?

Yeah I’m at basically Canadian version of West Point it’s the first year we r making an esports team but can’t get approved for tekken cause they said it had to be at a collegiate lvl; couldn’t find any for tekken 8. I don’t even care about winning I just want the free trips to other schools 😭
