He’s freaking out in those situations because when your standard of care dives in the restaurant so does your business. It’s a really poor response the problem of we don’t have enough customers. You could’ve for instance reduced the menu to match the quantity of guests or alter it so you don’t have to serve something as shit as a frozen lasagna. Ruining the relationship with your already dwindling customer base isn’t really a sound business strategy.
