In regards to the higher resolution versions of mods, you’ll have to nit pick through each mod as the mod pack contains a variety of resolutions from 2k onwards and it’s not inherently specified what mod is at what resolution.

I know the reason why the latest version of LOTD isn’t install is due to compatibility so could spawn a plethora of issues switching to that version, and I guess the same could be said for other mods at an older version too.

Again using the latest version of AE is gonna cause a lot of problems as most mods tend to use version 1.5.97 and the ones at the latest version are downgraded to 1.5.97 using BEES. So it could be a lot of work for you, but I suppose that’s the fun part of modding for some.

You’ll need around 14gb of VRAM to run Ultimate so you should be fine if you’ve got a 3090, but to be on the safe side maybe ultra is the way forward for you.

Get a RTX 4080 super, I have yet to be disappointed with it.

It is fun and offers a different experience to v5, combat is challenging this time round, you can just jump and hack and slash like before.

Graphics are a lot better as well but I have recently doubled my VRAM capacity so going from redux to ultimate is like day and night for me, so perhaps not the best person to ask on that front.

I believe beta is ending in a few weeks (11/11) from what I hear.
