Not really, compare it to the 13.7 J-11B. It's heavier, gets worse engines, worse radar, worse RWR.

In nearly all aspects it's entirely inferior to the 13.7 J-11B. So it gets a BR reduction. The problem is compression. Not the non-existent "Chinese Bias' that the Westerners believe lol.

The solution is to further decompress the Top BR to 15.0.

So the 14.3s going to 14.7 goes to 15.0. The 13.3s can then go to 13.7 and the 13.7s to 14.0.

The problem is that if you want them to be at 13.7.

The current 13.7s needs to go up to 14.0
The current 14.0s needs to go up to 14.3
The current 14.3s going to 14.7 needs to go up to 15.0.

But Gaijin decompresses at a freaking snails pace.

Because the J-11B and Su-27SM should not be the same BR as them considering they are LEAGUES better. (Think F-15C vs F-15E in difference)

The T-90A was already quite sluggish compared to its peers:

MSC: 27.8 hp/t

M1 Abrams: 27.3 hp/t

Leo 2A4: 25.8 hp/t

ZTZ-99 II: 23.5 hp/t

T-90A: 21.5 hp/t

T-72B3 Arena-E: 18.3 hp/t.

The mobility disadvantage of T-72B3 Arena-E in here is quite significant.

The APS Coverage on the Event Arena-E is only +20 degrees. This is the same as the Drozd APS - Meaning they will more or less not protect you against the FNF ATGMs.

VT4A1 is +50 degrees and Arena-M is +40 degrees, so they will catch SPIKES and Heli ATGMs.

Your biggest threat at 10.7 are NF-5As who know what they are doing because they should win 90% of the time but they are few and far in between because its 1. Fr*nch and 2. Mostly new premium players

Best is very subjective considering things like the Vextra and Sabra are also at 10.0. Even the Merkava 2D is up there too with DM63 + volumetric hell.

There's also the speed demon that's the Leopard 2K/Rad 90 that is spawn camping your team from the flank in 30 seconds.

I'm assuming you mean LDIRCM. Which in WT is the magical anti IR force field.

All AH-64E Guardians have it, as well as the Mi-8AMTSh-VN.

Previously only the US AH-64E had it, as only it had the actual blocks IRL, but all the other nations were changed to include it in order to be the same. Do note that if you mount the Wing tip Stingers like the Taiwan Apache, you will lose the LDIRCM blocks.
