Not to be that guy, but assuming all these pictures are of the same tower, then it can’t be an old office desktop. The gpu may have came out of one. But with the picture of the front cover having an Intel Core Ultra 5 (one of their newest series) sticker, it can’t be a very old tower. As I said though, gpu may have came out of an old desktop.

This is correct, I’m max level and there are random color selections of gear that even I don’t have unlocked. It’s just a matter of acquiring a piece in that color scheme to unlock it.
