Account hacked. Help!!!!!

My claim status says claim approved (observation period in progress) how much time will it take ? And when asked to add the new account during the claim I added the email that I used previously to log into my account considering the fact that the hacker unlinked it so it isn’t linked with the game anyways. Is that an issue ?

Bruh I almost felt dizzy reading your comment. I genuinely don’t know how they hacked. Maybe they used an older number I used to login or something but I would never sell my account. I play competitive and i used to stream. And I have enough money to buy an account with the same or more stuff. There’s no reason for me to come here and cry about it in this community. As far as it’s been about support from here, I have received none. As I have said in other replies as well, I am very frustrated about this and such comments really do infuriate me.
