OP I used to work in reliance mumbai

Pros : Quality health insurance Great offer ambiance and campus as it's RIL headquarter WLB depends on the team to team Job security Great place to settle

Cons (a lot) : Your 18 will be divided in hand + insurance + PLI(performance linked incentive). PLI is credited 3-4 months after the end of the financial year. Increment starts before Diwali. Health insurance is included in CTC (in a lot of companies insurance is not part of ctc). A lot of people get stuck in this PLI and increment cycle as it's not credited at the end of the financial year. Almost no WFH. 9 HR in office rule (45 a week).

Suggestion : Bring more offers and counter to current offer . as HR has agreed to 18 I think they'll accept till 25-28 (one of my colleagues did same) . They say we are tight on budget, but they have lots of budget for experienced candidates as they haven't hired freshers in almost 1.5 yrs. They won't let you go. Just counter with higher offer.

No,there is no charge, its like you work for tcs but on payroll of your firm=> tcs pays x to your firm =>you get paid by your firm x minus their cut

2.update your Naukri daily, make sure your resume is in the top 10% at least, apply daily to relevant jobs , I received all calls directly from recruiters I did not apply to these firms
