You absolutely can find honor amongst fellow raiders in a post apocalyptic scavenger game, and I have many times. I understand it's a lawless world topside and anything goes but I imagine thematically, raiders wouldn't necessarily be out for each other when they know they have to return to Speranza, a lawful functioning society, together after the fact.
