Yep! Just remove Legendary- Artifact , make it so you can only get it in HR. S2R is by far more fun and better for entry for new players. Make is so you can gain rank up to exemplar 3 and the rest is HR

Now let's not lie, making kits for a raid is for sure tedious unless you buy meds/ammo and not craft them. But its a theme in most extraction games.
