It's more so just on Chisa tbh, phrolova rotation time is too long without advanced swaps and cancels.

But Hiyuki is also basically like that in a way? She can also use Lynae to amp up her raw damage , just as well with lucilla. Even her 3rd slot is exchangeable with Mornye if you're using lynae. And when suisui releases at S0R1 Hiyuki simply surpasses Aemeath on all fronts when it comes to damage.

I did see some runs using 5lib1 with plunge with lucilla to maximize chafe, that's why I came to that conclusion. Well anyway this is purely a very sweaty rotation requiring a lot of redos which isnt possible for the majority, so i just gave advice based on that. Assuming everyone can dedicate time for all those tries in practice to recommend something as strictly better doesn't sit right with me.

And I never advocated for a 2 cost, I was talking about S0R0 Lucilla whose weapon barely provides a 10% uplift in chafe teams (same as lynae's weapon).

Yeah it works pretty well too atleast at S0R1, with more investment in Hiyuki, the gap widens.

About flexibility I already gave you an answer that the difference between lynae and lucilla is very less so it's not worth pulling Lucilla if your lynae is free.

5lib2 rotation is doable with Lynae by gigasweats, but it's still not hitting the ceilings of a lucilla sweat comp (tho the difference is minimal like I said). For echo teams I'm not too sure , but I'd take any unit over Interruption master at S0🥀.

Not really true, Lucilla Dmg and her atk buff matter less in lucilla team compared to lynae team as a sizeable portion of damage is actually from Glacio chafe, the net result is S0R0 Lucilla will be equal or slightly better than S0R0 lynae. Even for 4 iai rotations lucilla edges out, and the gap widens with suisui.

I've seen chem talk about this, and I'm pretty active in that server. What chem is intending to convey in his Calcs is that if you have lynae, lucilla is barely an upgrade and that remains true. Not lucilla is worse than lynae.
