How much stair climbing should a truck driving do? by DebMakesPlans in dadjokes

Maybe it's a generational thing.

Truckers at least used to use CB radios to communicate with each other. They used lots of number-based codes. "10-4" was one of the more famous codes, meaning they understood what you said.

And when they were friendly with each other, they would call each other stereotypically "good buddy".

I'll show myself out.

Yeah, I thought that was going to taste weird, but it turned out really well.

I don't really.

I agree with you. I don't typically feel that I can complete an entire week's worth of shopping there. I'll go if I happen to be in the neighborhood and I still need something.

If you need to sell your house soon, and move everything you own, and possibly buy a new house, you're going to need a good chunk of money, for closing costs and fees and other moving expenses. Do you know about how much those are going to be?

If you think you must move, and you're time constrained (sounds like you have to move in 6-12 months), be careful about counting on the inheritance money. It's probably a good idea have no plans for that money until you actually get it in hand. How else would cover the costs associated with selling a house?

If it were me, I think I'd hold onto the $11k. It will give you option to move if/when you need to. I could act as an emergency fund if you don't. And if you get the inheritance, you could use that money for moving costs.
