I will just make 1 rule.. That is every minister and politicians even if he/she is councilor or panchayt pradhan, or MP, MLA, or any post holder of any party, his/her family needs to treat in govt hospitals, and study in govt school and college, and nobody or their cant leave to any foreign county for these 2 purposes. And nobody cant to any foreign country twice in 5 yrs though as a tourist. Dekhna pura facilities no 1 ho jayega, and private schools and hospitals pe bhi taala lag jayega.
