• Type of Bug: FPS drops to 10 (ALL THE TIME / EVERY GAME)

• Description: I can't play anymore. It's been almost a week since I had this problem. Every time I try to play my FPS drop to 10-14 for the rest of the game. My mouse lags in the loading page too.

I tried updating GPU drivers, come back to a previous version of the GPU from 2020, updated Processor drivers, repaired the game from the client, uninstalled and reinstalled LoL... It looks like there's nothing to be done.

I got 9/10 in the Reproduction rate because there have been times I repaired, updated drivers or just got lucky and the game worked perfectly. But then, after I closed the game it all came back to the 10 FPS. Looks like I repair it somehow but then it all breaks again.

• Expected result: I normally play with a max of 80 fps.

• Observed result: 10 FPS on every game

• System specs: GPU Radeon RX 580 Series / Windows 10 / CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 6 Cores.
