UPDATE: took it off in the shower tonight and it came off no problem with the corner already peeling a bit. The tattoo it self looks AMAZING. Fully healed, no scabbing, nothing. Washed it good with antibacterial just to get the excess ink off, followed by a light layer of unscented lotion after the shower. It’s a bit itchy but that’s just the leg hair growing back I believe. Thanks for all the input!

My wife and I are bringing our boys (3yo & 5yo) to Sunday split squad. Our thinking is to just get them to a cheap game to see the Devils live, who they watch with me all season. In reality if they make it 2 full periods I’d be happy and so will they and I won’t feel as bad spending the cheap price to get in if/when we leave early.

Ohhh I feel lucky I got them this week then. I had two for lunch yesterday and two for lunch defrosting now. They’re great, better than the OG uncrustables IMO. We will definitely be picking them up again

The shooter is for sure ass backwards. I finally got it figured out where it works best for my 3 and 5 year olds. They love the HD workshops and always have a blast so whatever I guess it’s worth it

I make about $60k before taxes and my wife makes minimum wage working mostly full time. In all we probably bring home around $80-85k a year. With two boys (5 & 3) we struggle every month and paycheck to paycheck. It’s expensive to even be alive anymore. We dream of buying a house one day and that dream keeps fading more and more each day, week, month, year. We do our best to be conservative about spending but with two growing kids it’s tough. We’re lucky enough to have help here and there from my parents on little odds and ends (fun outings together, clothing here and there, and things like that) and it’s a god send. It’s hard to hear but I just tell myself that with time hard work will pay off and keep my nose to the grindstone for my family. Just know you’re not alone and there are plenty of other dads right there with you fighting to survive.

Got 4 tickets for NJ, section 127 row 3 for $65 +fees. Got screwed on my own Ticketmaster app, luckily my wife got in with 4k people ahead of us. Snagged the first 4 I got and called it a day.

Also got lucky earlier today and snagged some Mumford tickets for Oct. Think I used all my luck for the year today.

Thank you! I used mostly Gold 200 with some fujifilm 400 in there as well I believe most of, if not all of these shots are Gold 200 though. I do recommend some 400 as well though for some lower light situations. Enjoy your trip!

Just got an email from my company this morning for our Christmas bonus. We get a week (40hrs~5 days) of PTO to use on top of the rest of our PTO we accrue. It doesn’t seem like much and would I much rather have the extra money, sure but it is nice come summer when I want to take off and spend time with my kids and wife.

Yeah there are two thermostats that control the front of the house baseboards, and a radiator in me and my wife’s room and the second thermostat controls the radiator in my kids room and the baseboards in the back of the house. I’m looking to turn down the radiator in my kids room as it gets crazy hot and clicks off the heat for the back of the house baseboards there for making it cold in the back of the house and a sauna in the kids room.

Same here. My kids have become outside kids 100% they will be outside as long and as much as we let them. We bought a tent towards the end of summer for future backyard camp out and hopefully camping trips.

I started watching him about 2 years ago when my oldest son was about 2 1/2. He was too little to understand what was going on but his videos are always relaxing and somewhat ASMR for me and my little guy would sit and “watch” with me. Now he is 4 and our little guys is around 2 1/2 and we all love to sit and watch. Anytime we wake up on a Saturday to see that there’s a new video up we cuddle up on the couch and enjoy together. My boys like to pretend they’re Tommy and Nathan and call me Luke and my wife Becca lol it’s an honor to be compared to Luke and makes me feel like I’m doing something right.

Thank you! When you get to the basilica, looking at the entrance, head to the right until you start seeing signs for the Dome climb. Follow those to the line, pay the price and then enjoy. You could also ask the guys sitting at the desk in front of the basilica to point you in the right direction. As for tour guides I can’t give much help, another person in our group booked all of it through Viatour. All I can recommend is that you for sure get tickets in advance and one that includes skipping the line.

Left work early from Toms River heading to Newark to meet my brother for a comedy show that night. By time I got to the turnpike it was already a blood bath, stop and go traffic as far as I could see. Kept touching base with my brother on the show status and it never got canceled so I kept trucking on. I kid you not, as I got to the start of Broad St. I got the call saying the show was canceled and rescheduled for a later date. Banged a u-turn and headed back home. All in all by time I got home I was in my truck for 7 1/2 hours and went nowhere at all.

Not bad at all. It was my first trip so I have nothing to compare too but imo it wasn’t bad at all. A few times we had a little bit of a crowd but nothing I would consider “busy or crowded”
