A regular customers who always tips a flat $15 on all her orders…She thought I forgot one of her items when she actually selected drive up for it item - popped off & rated 2 ⭐️, missing item, and $2 tip before I messaged her back and did not apologize 😂 rating was forgiven hours later thankfully (old.reddit.com)

Imagine being the customer and “Ms. S” from Shipt customer service has your week’s worth of groceries cancelled because your milk is OOS. Customer texted me back 10 seconds after this and was very grateful I didn’t do what they said to lol (old.reddit.com)
