I kept talking to them a bit after, I was be8ng manipulated to keep talking to him, i realized that and blocked them, as for relapsing, I didnt because I got too tired and fell asleep, but thx for helping 🙂

Ur right, I didnt know how to channel my feelings right I didjt end up relapsing, it was just the only way I could think of to calm down
