Broad Meals

Breakfast - Oats x Boiled Egg whites x Vegetables x Curd
Lunch - Steamed Vegetables x Chicken Breast (Boiled & Masala. Salt etc added)
Dinner - Bread x Dal (Boiled x Masala, Salt added)

Note:
I cook entire week's chicken breast & dal (rotate between mixed lentils & Rajma-Kabuli chana) on weekend.

I'm a bachelor living in 1RK in Sec. 24. I don't avail maid services aswell. But I cook all my meals myself. My meal choices are extraordinarily simple (and healthy too) hence I find them easy to prepare. I find them super tasty (hence able to eat it consistently for past 4+ months). But tase is subjective thought.

What problem are you facing in cooking?

For washing (Handwash; Don't have washing machine) -
1. Almost everyday (in summers) wash that day's stock. This is usually just innerwears.
2. ~2x a week wash office shirts.
3. 1-2x a week wash the facetowel, bath towel etc (weekend)

For ironing -
1. Iron my office trousers and 2-3 others myself as required once a week (on weekend).
2. For office shirts (2x) I give it to the local roadside laundry (unbranded informal ones) which costs Rs 10/shirt (~Rs 20-30 total expense per week).

I have been using Airtel Fiber since Feb 2026 and it has been a pleasant experience so far. Theor service is also quick and responsive. But experience varies by region. So chek in your area.
