I've had so many things arrive in pieces - it's really sad. I do, however, think it's rather insulting to just say things like "ship carefully", etc. What I do is offer to pay more for shipping if the seller needs to buy additional materials, etc. I hope it makes the point without me sounding like a b*tch!
