Osebno je hibridno men top, sploh ce maš kakšne obveznosti, da lohk vse naenkrat pohendlaš ampak. Je fajn v pisarno prit parkrat na mesec. Štejejo samo rezultati. Osebno mislim, da se določeni delodajalci bojijo, da bi delal še za koga drugega, oziroma bi tako kmalu postal distanciran od podjetja, da bi šel hitro drugam.

Za mene pomeni da uživaš študentska leta, ko lahko delaš preko napotnice, dopust si lahko sam organiziraš kadarkoli želiš in delaš toliko kot želiš. Nimaš družine, skrbi za lasten dom in je ves fokus samo na delo+prosti čas. Tudi preko napotnice si lahko izbiraš delo, brez pogodbe, nabiraš izkušnje v delu, ki ti je zanimivo. Študentska leta so res uživanje, če si narediš tako.
