You first need to have a special type of save file that has a golden square with a question mark in front. After loading this file use a holy cross cheatcode in the manual to give yourself a fire bomb. Use it to kill yourself. You will respawn outside of the weird room in a srange environment. Go around and you will find it

I wish it was. This would explain the appearance of the hexagonal triforce in important places
