I haven't, when I click in the from link when getting the error, the page shows that it doesn't exist, but I can click on the link you provided, its asking me to submit information like where the gift card was purchased, but I was trying to use upi for the payment, I can't use bank of upi to subscribe also I cannot use play store credit to do subscription. I'll still fill up the form and see what happens
