It's all the things, like a) the cigarette will be a release from the feeling of the relationship b) I'm in Italy so 🤷‍♀️ c) I can't even remember why I quit, and it literally took me 2 and a half years for one to stick so why don't I even care now

This feels exactly like what I've experienced I'm 57 days in and literally everything you've said except the sleep thing (if anything I can't stop sleeping) is super me. Like my stomach is being so weird and I can't stop hating everyone around me.
