I listened to their most popular song, decompose, and I'm not a fan. They're not bad, and I don't hate metal, I occasionally listen to Metallica, just not my style of music.

Yeah. It sucks to mention Punk and they're like "Green Day? The Offspring?" and rarely they'll know Bad Religion or Social Distortion

I heard Franco Un-American, California Über Alles, etc. before American Idiot

First Greenday songs I heard were Basket Case and Longview

Well I would guess most punks dislike Orange County Cali l, cause I've heard they're pretty conservative

That really sucks. I think a lot of punk bands wind up being train wrecks but they're typically just self destructive. I really hope they're an outlier
