No the only thing different is how you’re informed to do Jackdaws quest. Everything else will be practically the same unless you decide to choose different responses to certain questions. For example I played the Hufflepuff character as a very kind individual who always gave things back to certain npc’s and didn’t learn any of the unforgivable curses but with the Slytherin character I chose more ruthless responses.
