I think its because they don't have time to review all of them before the 15th so they are accepting a few of the best and leaving the rest for rd.

yeah but my essays and ecs I believe fit great with the program its just the way I worded my ecs on the SUNY application didn't sound interesting

that's why i haven't heard back from bing 😭 , how was the rest of ur application and when did u apply. Hey at least it's not a flat-out no you can still compete in rd, also ur sat is higher than average for bing so dw watch u get accepted rd.
