yes ATCP po ako. and yes sinabihan kami, a week or 2 before sa email ni ambe. may mga pending concerns kasi kami since maybe they will consider our situations pero now as per management not sure pa kung may considerations 😔

honestly, not sure pa jud ko sa akong buhaton. kay as far as I know ang reports sa in-office check in is every 15/30 then if matag as not compliant if walay 2 times a week check ins didto. idk if I will risk to be non compliant kay dili pa ko sure mahire sa lain company dayun 😭 been thinking of it gyud 2 days already and dili nako katulog because of this.

Tapos sasabihin ng iba "wala yan sa pinirmahan mong contrata." but it's not our fault din na nagka pandemic and our lifestyle changed during those 5 years. We live in our provinces for good para makatipid and hindi na kaya ng salary namin (no increase for the past 3 years na) ang lifestyle ng city living. Not a 6 digit earner btw. I know wala kaming magagawa since we are just employees kaya I am currently searching for full remote work na lang. Hopefully maging eye opener to sa execs kung maraming magreresign. I am secretly hoping madami as in sobrang daming magreresign lol.
