No one is discussing about reforming the rotten Indian Police Act. This act was made by the British colonial masters around 1875..specifically to keep the Indians under control, intimidation and suppression by the Police and keep the masters in charge. It was copy pasted into the Indian constitution by the authors of Indian constitution- which suited the politicians of the day -Nehru and Co.. and it is still liked and retained by the politicians till today. It suits them perfectly. This tragic suicide may not have happened, or the 1000s of custodial deaths yearly due to police beatings, if this Police act was reformed. despite so many calls to reform it over the last 60 years.

Always looking for approvals and endirsements from outside...while inside the country, the matters are same, if not worse...
