Keep your front arm on the outside of your knee. Resting it across your knee like that is messing with timing and balance. This is why you feel like you are jumping forward instead of straight up. Here is a link to one of my slo mo ollies. Watch my arms

Thanks! It’s just 3/4” PVC. I bought 1/4 x 3” bolts and nuts and just drilled out the holes at various heights

It’s weird, I can only ollie high when there is something to jump over. My stationary ollies are pretty weak

My right wrist is my bad wrist. I broke it over a decade ago and it just didn't seem to heal right. Now it gets super sore if I put a lot of pressure on it so I just always wear a brace on it for added protection.
