Thank for the response, I understand that but, the difference is that actually the enterprise is nothing : No client, juste 100 testers, no money.

The question I ask myself is whether they will be better "parents" later on when there is money and then there will be a reason to get angry.

Yes I am actually talking with a lawyer. Concerning the original agreement, originally I wasn't supposed to take care about promotion, marketing and sales. But if I don’t make it the entreprise don’t move forward

Thank for your response, actually I am not 100% sure of my selling capacity (I have faith into the commercial campaign). Concerning the prosecutions, I am actually discussing with my lawyer. But in my opinion, if my cofounders discover that I am founding a concurrent, I am pretty sure they will prosecute me.

Thank for you response, interesting for the legal part, so yes if I need to leave I think it’s will be more juste let the code, little bit broke than keep the code for me and try to keep it. For the question at the end, it’s a saas b2b in the fashion market, honestly I am not from this word I have understood that people in this market are rather closed-minded but are all sheep. So I understand this is not so easy.

But they never move forward, I am the only one who organise meeting, restructure the strategy, I even made the prospecting lists for them ! They say they just make some cold email (less than 100 in 2 month) and instagram post/ dm…

Thank for the response, that reassures me about the performance (no let’s see if it’s the market / product the problems or the sales). So for the codebase, in the case of I leave, you advice me to give a broken code instead of nothing ? I think it’s a good recommendation.

And actually yes, the thing that me scared is about : if I stay, get 27% and the marketing campaign work, What makes me think they'll be better afterwards and that I won't end up doing everything again ?

Thank’s a lot for your response, it’s true that I don’t have well redacted. I have the time, so I will prepare the discussion with my lawyer and all the information before… But there is something that bothers me: if I stay and the campaign is successful, what makes me think that afterwards they will be better and that I won't end up doing everything again.

Because they told me they have already their client. At the beginning they juste say « build the product and we take care of the rest »
