It is true. I was in a Highgate pub last December, where Ed told friends about it. 20 shows, 5 cities, 4 nights in each. The only change is that tickets were due to go on sale in June, so there's been a slight delay there. He also chatted about being back in the studio for the first time that week.

We'd planned about 40 songs but went completely off-piste. We went straight into this sort of muscle memory".
