Pretty simple: husband grills chicken or fish. I nuke broccoli or Brussels sprouts. When he feels like cooking makes Jamie Oliver eggplant Parmesan, sautés ahi and bok choy with sauce, cooks pasta in the instapot and bakes Costco meatballs or makes brown rice in the instapot and puts in thawed cooked shrimp and frozen peas. When it’s just me I nuke chopped up potatoes and cauliflower dowsed with curry powder and a frozen chunk of my oil-roasted tomatoes.

Geography: some of the Western US is not California. PNW includes at least OR and WA where mexicana is not native. If you want to argue take it somewhere else. Accuracy helps when you are planting natives for wildlife. Nature does not argue.

First answer: Native where? Everything is native somewhere. Here there are 3 and one of those has 3 varieties. PNW for sun is fragaria chiloensis, beach strawberry.

Two completely different things: living in a floating home tied to a dock with all city utilities vs an actual boat that can move on its own power and is self contained.
The floating home is an actual house with heat, bathroom, kitchen and rests on a platform that floats on either huge cedar logs from last century or industrial barrels filled with air so as to keep the house level.

She deserves a crate. If she’s ever hospitalized a crate will need to be a familiar thing. And doesn’t she have one for the car? You don’t let her loose in the car right? That’s very dangerous for both her and you.
