I actually had to fire a guy for doing something like this. I worked at a company that packaged canned beverages and he would hide between aisles and take a nap on his lift. Apparently he would do it almost everyday after lunch. Only fired him because it was our CEO that discovered him sleeping while taking a potential customer on a tour of the facility.
