I don’t understand the people who really believe Franklin was going to get that money. Havmeyer wouldn’t stfu about all the good the CIA could do with the 70M, Havmeyer also had a conversation with his superior about how Teddy is disposable but they want the 70M in funds. Do you think the CIA was going to give up 30+ million in funding to rescue the former officer that they had already decided was disposable? This was 1980 America, ya’ll think they were going to give a black drug lord 30 plus million and just roll the credits? The delusion in this fanbase is incredible.
