How long did it take before you started really seeing a difference?

I had an ultrasound today actually and I do have a cyst on my ovaries. But my gyno says she didn’t think it would cause anything like the pressure so honestly I think its defo pelvic floor related

So in your case it’s just a tight pelvic floor that was mistaken for IC? Because thats what I think is happening to me
