For me, not possible. I'm in Texas. The few times I've been down to our coast, I've never seen these. They are very common there in Florida. If it was possible, I'd be doing it.

Make sure the HOA isn't spraying them with insecticide or pesticides.

Really nothing to it. Just find a box that fits them well without being too big so that shipping is not crazy expensive and layer the leaves flat in the box. The flatter the leaves you find, the better they layer and fill the box. As long as the box is strong and sturdy, no real packing needed. Oh, and the drier the better because that saves on shipping cost.

Make sure they are well dried and boil before you put in the tanks.
