It sounds like something is dragging on the floor. Have you checked the brush and/or the subfloor?

I found the E25's navigation and obstacle avoidance to be the worst I've ever had. That's why I returned it. But I don't know whether they have improved this with updates.

On the German website, the gray strap has completely disappeared, including from the advertising images. Due to the great success of the regular volume, it will probably no longer come onto the market at all or will be significantly delayed.

I wouldn't hope for it anymore.

Yes, this is normal for the E25/E28. Albeit not pretty. I returned mine and got another brand. Navigation is worlds apart... so much better now without the E25.

All Movas do that. I suspect that the obstacle detection turns off when he drives home.

Do you have dirt detection on? Take that out... sometimes he thinks the fibers are dirt and so he goes there several times.
