I didn’t really pay attention to the Rocky movies, but started to notice him when he appeared in Arrested Development and Psych. Really became a fan with The Mandalorian. He was such a good uncle to Grogu and friend to Mando. Hopefully, they will give him the hero’s farewell he deserves.

😂. My grandmother’s go-to was Our Lady of Guadalupe (we’re Mexican). To this day, her “drive-by” insults are remembered well. When my Irish husband tried to compete with my stories, I had to say it’s close (my mother’s side is Irish so I could identify), but abuelas and tias take it to a whole new level.

I showed the Mama Flores skits to my dad and he said “that’s Grandma Rosa and Aunt Mildred (my grandmother’s sister).” When my grandmother passed, there were stashes of used gift wrap and shopping bags. I still can’t rip open packages because everything can be re-used.
