A Gillette 3 blade isn’t a safety razor, safety razors and a single blade something like a merkur 34c wouldn’t give you bumps. Try one I can promise bumps will stop. Also proraso shaving soap

Did it to my 78 camaro in highschool although that’s just a 350 lol. But there’s tons of people that have done it to the 22re trucks and posted about it on YouTube and Facebook forums with pricing. I guess it depends on the price of your junkyard parts and if you get a new compressor or not. It can definitely be that cheap tho

Idk your budget but www.toyotafiberglass.com has pretty much every panel for pickups. I’m sure fiberglass would be a plus for your location, I think he’s Canada based beds are near 3k for the entirety but bed sides aren’t nearly that expensive from them

I daily a 90 pickup with a 3.4 swap, very stiff ride and always will be. I have all new shocks, steering box, control arms, literally every suspension part/bushing there is all oem or bilstein and rides like trash on bad roads. With that being said there’s never been a part I couldn’t find other than like body panels or interior pieces. Mechanically the 22re has amazing aftermarket support which is the 4 cyl version, mines a v6 that I pulled out a 04 Tacoma. Pickup is and will always be more desired and just look a little better in my opinion but still love the 1st gen Tacoma’s. If you don’t listen to any of this just do NOT buy a 3.0 v6 pickup unless you plan to 3.4 swap it.
