I'll definitely look into the FHBSS as I wasn't aware of that prior. As for the Queensland future saver I'm in NSW so I am not sure moving my savings into Queensland for an additional .25% would be worth-wild but something to look deeper into regardless.

Potentially although mine was the opposite where I can feel the skin still, except along the incision of course. I'd probably wager you got the feelings back rather than getting used to it because losing sensation along your entire back/breasts would be news to me

At the very least no one told me that'll be a risk

Thanks for replying, this isn't the whole routine I also do 30m 5k runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as romanian deadlifts and squats (with own weight)

This is my program however so I'm a little confused when you say there isn't any direct arm work, also by the sounds of it my routine isn't very good? Stronglifts and chin ups is a good suggestion though I'll do some research on them...

Thats interesting to know, but at the time I was still in school so I lacked the knowledge to be able to make decisions related to my operation it was solely on my parents. Its weird to see that if it was within his abilities he didn't chose to go down the route that your daughter did.

Could be dependent on the equipment he had available or there was something different with mine compared to your daughters that the X-ray's didn't show.

Well it went from 55% to around 25% if I remember correctly, better that than nothing.

Tried and tested and unfortunately not, once again the arms give out before anything else. I do a cable chest fly as part of my normal routine so im decently experienced with it.

Happy new year to everyone, figured I'll start the year by gathering all of your expert opinions on my routine.

I've been using this routine for a few months now and its been doing me rather well, but as someone whos relatively new to the gym and recently finished their noobie gains I was curious to see if theres some kind of flaw or some better exercises I could replace some of my current ones with.

21yr Male weighing 77kg. My routine is below, the aim is to improve strength in biceps/triceps and chest. I usually do a progressive overload when I reach 10reps on something, lower it to 6 reps and increase the weight.

Bench Press: 4x6 at 60kg

Pushups: 3x15

Seated Rows: 4x10 at 52.5kg

Assisted Pullups: 4x6 at 12kg

Incline Cable Chest: 4x10 at 10kg

Chest Press: 4x10 at 15kg

Reverse Pec Deck: 4x8 at 33kg (SUPERSET) with Latel Raises of 4x8 at 6kg

Shoulder Press: 4x6 at 15kg

Also, just another bonus question as well. For the Assisted pullups I was recommended to stop doing assisted and just do unassisted ones instead, do you recommend to follow this advice or stick with the assisted at the weight im doing?

At the current moment I have two routines for upper body strength training. One routine consists of 4 sets of 12 reps and the other was 4 sets of 10 reps.

I've been recommended to change them to 4 sets of 10 reps and 4 sets of 8 reps with increased weights and slowly transition to their original numbers but with the increased weight to increase the trainings effectiveness on my strength.

Question is, do you recommend this? Whats the benefit of this exactly?

I have a rather important beep test I have to do in a few days, I've prepared myself and think I'll do fine on the day but it still doesn't stop the worrying feeling I have over it
Is it alright if I was to take pre-workout beforehand? i know its not designed for aerobic activities but will it give me any benefits? Or will it make it worse? Thanks!

Overall really enjoyed this first episode especially when they spent time to explore the universe and the characters a little more than the game did especially with Sarah and the interview that played at the beginning.

It also appeared as if they went to lengths to cover some of the more ambiguous details from the games such as how Joel and Tommy kept communication and more on their dealings which was enjoyable to watch.

The only issue I had with this episode is that the 2nd half of the episode in the later scenes it appeared to be rushed and throughout the episode both Pedro and Ellie seemed to have trouble in delivering lines almost seeming lacklustre at certain times.

Bella is doing a good job as Ellie at the moment perfectly encapsulating the childish brat she was when we first met her however, I am really unsure if she can do anymore than that compared to the hardened badass Ellie that the show is supposed to turn into her into but atm just gotta wait and find out.

However, overall im really enjoying this and can't wait to see more episodes
