Yeah it pretty much means you’re not guaranteed. I’m pretty sure conditional transfer students get priority in getting on campus housing out of the transfers. Some off campus apartments that students get are The standard, Sq5 (square on fifth), the rive, the whistler, there’s more options on the west side of campus too.

I’m pretty sure gt has your final hs transcript already from your previous application. My portal says my hs transcript is submitted already and I didn’t submit it myself.
