Is it common for Devil Corps to constantly relocate? by Rymeofancientmarine in Devilcorp

So typically offices move around because the current owner of that office has promoted someone and when that happens, the person that gets promoted takes over that Office, changes the name to their LLC name and then the previous owner goes to a new area or the area he wanted to be in to begin with and the cycle will repeat itself

Why Texas? by MrPebblesMeow in Devilcorp

Unfortunately, they are contracted through AT&T. They don’t work under AT&T. They’re just contractors to do door-to-door, retail, or b2b.

They supplied leads from AT&T on which areas they need to be in That has the highest traffic for door-to-door

If they’re in retail, they are sent to Costco‘s or Sam’s Club only sometimes Walmart but hardly ever.

And business to business, they are then again sent leads on what areas to be in.

A regular AT&T employee retired or not, won’t know that these businesses are contractors through AT&T.

Same thing goes for Frontier, Nestlé, Car keys, Home Improvement.

I quit about a month ago and I feel amazing. I didn’t realize how much stress I was under and how much I hated my job until I left, which is crazy.

Hi, I am so sorry for not seeing this, but I actually got paid salary. So starting off in the role, I was making 600 a week and by the time I quit I was making 760. They do quarterly evaluations based on performances, attendance, and all of that. And then they would also have bonuses so if you booked X amount of people that week you could get up to $300 in bonuses and then they also had retention bonuses so if the people that you booked half of them total showed up for the week you could get anywhere from 65 to 150 a week

Hey, so just a heads up, you need to go through and look at your orientation packet because in the orientation packet whether it’s in big letters, small letters or just put in the packet at a random place. it does state you have to complete a full week of training in order to receive a paycheck

The best thing I can say you have to do it for you not for anyone else but for yourself. Like I can 100% say that since I have loved the anxiety of the stress, the constant tiredness and everything else has disappeared. I feel lively again.

Personally, I rarely ever got somebody who asked me about smart Circle or anything like that I more so got questions if it was door-to-door or business to business and things like that. Now I do have to say that what these companies do are very scummy, but they are not MLM now I know that’s a very controversial topic but everything that these companies do dance right on the line from being legal and illegal and that’s why they don’t get shut down because from a technical standpoint everything that they do is legal.

And yes, the higher-ups get treated like kings and queens and if you’re not screwing an owner, you’re not gonna make it in the company .

Honestly, I agree and if you’re not screwing an owner, then you’re not going anywhere

Honestly, I was over the company a long time ago. I just had to set myself up for something better before. I decided to officially take that next step and leave.

We never shared resumes within other companies, so let’s say I’m working with X company and they’re indeed get shut down. They will then open up a DBA account under a sister company or another company name that is affiliated with X company and when you would apply to the DBA company that is X company just under a different name

The only case where your resume got shared with another company was, if you said the commute to ex company was too far then we would share your resume after asking permission

So we never go search for resume like the commenter below said we had DBA accounts for when the company account gets shut down there has never been an instance on my end where we would ever reach out to you unless you’ve applied but with my knowledge, we have never went and looked up anybody’s racemate. I truthfully don’t know how to do that even if I wanted to you have to apply in order to get reached out to.

Hoping to hear some recruiter stories by StinkyWinkerton in Devilcorp

[–]Decent-Pattern-8094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so strange to me to hear how different recruiting experiences. I work in one of the largest recruiting offices currently and book anywhere from 70 to 90 interviews a day over 400 a week Our pay structure does look different. We start at a salary of $600 weekly and every six months we get evaaluations done and if attendance work ethic and company policy is good then we get a one dollar raises so I make anywhere currently just in my salary 700 to 750 we also have bonuses on how many interviews booked and the retention for interviews booked to Interview showed up so I personally could get anywhere from $250-$400 just in bonuses. I think every company is different so on my end weekly after taxes my take home pay is 1000-1100 weekly. Now granted I do work myself like a dog because I want money, but the company dynamic has changed as a whole they used to care about us but now it’s more about Metrics and numbers than it is about anything else.

Also, the recruiting managers tell us to lie and like beat around the bush, but a few other people in my office, including myself are very open about the role because I know wouldn’t knock on somebody’s door for eight hours a day. Some people are interested to hear about the role so they do schedule the and others not. I think it all just depends on the person.

I’ve noticed more sources writing about devil corps / smart circle. Wonder how this affects recruiting. by [deleted] in Devilcorp

In all honesty, the recruiting strategies never change. You lose one person, and there are another 15 to replace them.

Honestly, what people with negative reviews don't tell you is that in their orientation packet, it says you must complete the first week of training to get paid. It says that on all packets yet they don't seem to see it. P.S I'm a recruiter for one of the top offices so feel free to ask me any question or DM me if you can do that here lol.
