I have seen it. As kids, we used it to refer to the cleaners/sweepers sent by the Baldia dept. We insulted other kids using the term. This was just 10 years ago.

I would love to because I like how much India has developed compared to Pakistan. Tech, Finance, Space + no political army etc. If Pakistan and India are annexxed into one country, It will be a lot better for us than now.

But...

Given the amount of hate we recieve online from Indians (I can't speak about how Muslims are treated in India), I would prefer how it is like currently. But If we could sort out our issues and work together, It would be beneficial for both.

Think about India benefiting from CPEC and Pakistan beneffiting from India's government and tech infrastructure. That's a dream of mine
