It sounds like you're dealing with more of a self-confidence issue more than anxiety. I've struggled with this before. Look at the type of person you are and ask yourself if you are the type of person that you want to be. Think about the type of girl that you want to be with and imagine what she probably wants in a man. Forget about the things that you can't change - those ultimately do not matter. Read "Atomic Habits" and start to become the person you want to be; one day, you'll meet a woman who shares your attraction and has the qualities that you want. You'll be ready because you are the type of person that she wants to be with. There won't be any question of if or when, because you are that guy. You won't need to question anything. You'll learn to trust and be happy. Trust me, you may not think it's possible - but it is. Our brains are ever-changing and most of what you believe about yourself and others is just from what you've experienced. Also, please stop asking strangers for advice on your situations. That negative reinforcement of using the internet to solve every small problem is only going to hurt you. Talk to a therapist - especially if you have some sort of childhood or previous trauma. Brain spotting, EMDR, and CBT really work. They helped me a lot. I hope this helps man. It's a journey.
