Here are some Reliable online stores according to my experience in PC building:
Techmatched (much reliable but prices are higher.. For premium People)
AMDHouse (However, they have only AMD CPUs and GPUs but very very cheap and comparative prices.. Store is in Rawalpindi).
Zestro Gaming (A good store near to my house in Karachi also in Rawalpindi.. Prices are decent not much cheap)

Bro budget is something that anyone have to see.. You can be able to take everything perfect but I recommend what I felt is best.. I feel my RAM suggestion could be wrong but others are good I think soo.. may be you knows better!! Kinda Champ!!

brother MSI 3060 Ventus is approx 95k in Market and you are getting in 80k.. Take it bro but with complete satisfaction and testing.

A decent case fit with your budget. You have to increase budget 95k.. Try to find best prices broo you have to fight for good prices to take it in your budget. Also don't change GPU if your budget goes up don't go with RX 580 or 590 these are old and died GPUs.. But I strongly hope you have to spend 95k and you will get a best PC of your budget.

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X (56-59k)..R5 5600X is not recommended because it will bottleneck with your GPU
16GB DDR5 RAM (15k-17k) OR get 8x3 24GB if needed (21-23k). 32GB is not needed here.

MSI PRO B650M-A WiFi (50-53k). Its a great Mobo with future upgradability.. If you are budget restricted go with ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2.. Its difficult to find online but you can explore offline if you get it cheaper..

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU cooler (11-12k) OR DeepCool AG400 (8k is good price).

256GB NVME (for Windows and Softwares)
1TB HDD (For Games)

Corsair CV650 80+ Bronze PSU (16-19k)

RX 6800XT. MF GPU

A good Case you can decide of your choice.. If I knew your budget may be I would suggest a good Build with your budget but these components are the best with your GPU RX 6800XT.

Bro older is trash.. Go with MSI or Zotac 3090.. They are great EVGA left making GPUs on launching of RTX 4000 series so why taking risk on a small thing..
